По его словам, киберпреступники используют возможности искусственного интеллекта в противоправных целях, появился криминальный оборот криптоактивов, распространение дипфейков и иные формы фальсификации. «Меняется и сама доказательственная среда. Возникают проблемы достоверности и допустимости виртуальных доказательств, сохранения цифровой цепочки доверия», — подчеркнул он.
Судьям приходится работать с результатами применения алгоритмов, электронными следами, находить ответы на новые вопросы тогда, когда готовых решений еще нет, именно поэтому особенно важен профессиональный обмен передовыми идеями и подходами в судебной сфере, подытожил Краснов.
В рамках его визита по приглашению кыргызского коллеги Медербека Сатыева состоялись двусторонние переговоры по перспективам взаимодействия судебных систем. Подписано обновленное соглашение о сотрудничестве между высшими судебными инстанциями России и Кыргызстана, которое «придаст новый импульс двусторонним судебным контактам, а также станет весомым вкладом в развитие межгосударственного взаимодействия в целом».
«От того, насколько открыто мы будем изучать опыт друг друга, сохраняя фундаментальные принципы права в условиях технологических изменений, во многом зависит, каким будет суд завтрашнего дня», —сказал Краснов.
