Earlier, the office of British Prime Minister Andy Burnham said that the prime minister would hold a summit with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in October amid calls for independence for the autonomous regions.

As the expert noted, London’s relations with the Celtic regions continue to deteriorate.

“One of the main reasons for the crisis is the absolute incompetence of the British leadership and the systemic political parties: Conservatives and Labor,” writes the newspaper VZGLYAD, citing Kornilov.

According to the expert, each new British prime minister demonstrates an increasingly lower level of management.

“For the first time in history, it has happened that the first ministers of all three regions are representatives of parties advocating separation from Britain. They are going to coordinate their actions and adopt a declaration on the possibility of holding referendums on the independence of Scotland, Wales and the unification of Ireland,” the political scientist said.
