PGR defends removal of confidentiality in investigation into Daniel Vorcaro's payment network

The investigation deals with Daniel Vorcaro's payment network and the extinct financial institution.

The PGR demonstration responds to a request made by minister Alexandre de Moraes, this Sunday (13). He asked for the confidentiality of one of the investigations to be broken before the trial this Tuesday (15), scheduled to discuss the possible opening of an investigation against the magistrate.

The request was sent to the President of the Court, Minister Edson Fachin, responsible for handling the case. Fachin sent the request for a statement from the PGR, which defended the removal of secrecy.
