A man surnamed Huang who was wanted for theft had repeatedly sneaked into Tuigong Temple to steal sesame oil money and was arrested by the police through cross-border cooperation.

A man surnamed Huang, who was wanted for theft, sneaked into a Tuigong Temple in Neihu District, Taipei City late at night on September 20 and 22 to search for sesame oil money. After receiving the report, the Neihu Branch of the Taipei City Police Department launched an investigation and found that Huang Nan fled to Jinshan, Wanli, Ruifang and Keelung areas in New Taipei City after committing the crime. They immediately joined forces with the Keelung City Police Department First Branch and successfully rounded up Huang Nan yesterday (25th), the birthday of the Land Public Security Bureau. After the entire case was inquired, it was transferred to the Keelung District Prosecutor's Office for investigation on suspicion of theft and wanted for theft.

It is understood that Tutu Gong has three birthdays a year, which are on the 2nd day of February, August 15th and December 16th of the lunar calendar. The Neihu Branch Dahu Police Station received a report from the Tuigong Temple within its jurisdiction, alleging that the sesame oil money in the temple had been looted by interested parties. It immediately set up a task force to expand the investigation of Huang's identity and escape movements. It was found that Huang usually had no fixed residence and his whereabouts were erratic. After committing the crime, he frequently appeared in areas such as Jinshan, Wanli, Ruifang and Keelung City in New Taipei City. In order to arrest Huang Man as soon as possible, Neihu police took the initiative to cooperate with the Zhonger Road Police Station of the First Branch of the Keelung City Police Department to share surveillance information and real-time intelligence.

After dispatching personnel to trace the means of transportation and activity routes that Huang might have taken, they successfully tracked Huang in the Keelung area yesterday, the birthday of the Land Governor, and deployed plainclothes police to ambush him and round him up on the spot.

After checking his identity, the police discovered that Mr. Huang had already been wanted by the prosecutor for other theft cases. After interrogation, the police transferred Mr. Huang to the Keelung District Prosecutor's Office for investigation on suspicion of theft and wanted for theft.
