KMT Taichung City Council candidate Wu Zongxue's campaign headquarters was established, with endorsements from Lu Xiuyan, Jiang Qichen and others

Kuomintang Taichung City Councilor candidate Wu Zongxue held an inauguration meeting of the campaign headquarters today. Mayor Lu Xiuyan, Legislative Yuan Vice-President Jiang Qichen, legislators Huang Jianhao, and Yang Qiongying were all present on the platform. Current city councilor Chen Chengtian also put a ribbon on Wu Zongxue and his wife, symbolizing the succession. He hoped that Wu Zongxue would inherit his spirit of dealing with ants in the residents' homes when he was the mayor, and when he was a council member, he diligently visited the grassroots, just like delivering gas, so he was known as "Gas Tim".

Chen Chengtian served as the district chief for three terms and as a councilor for five terms. He has been in politics for 33 years. He said that when he was the district chief, when ants appeared in the houses of the residents, the first thing he thought of was the district chief, so he went to the scene to help deal with it. Because there were some things that the district chief could not handle, he further ran for election. Because Wu Zongxue was polite, motivated, and had administrative and service experience, he resolutely handed over the baton to Wu Zongxue. Do you think it’s okay? Jiang Qichen said that Wu Zongxue was the first candidate to set up a campaign headquarters this year, which shows his ambition and determination to win. He praised Wu Zongxue for his height of 188cm and his vision of 188cm, but his ability to serve at zero distance, his physical strength, and his willingness to walk. He has the most fundamental conditions for public opinion representatives to serve the grassroots. The current councilor Chen Chengtian is down-to-earth and has worked hard from a local to become a parliamentarian. He has served for more than 30 years and has responsibly recruited Wu Zongxue to pass on the baton so that the service can continue.

Lu Xiuyan said that today she would especially recommend her two younger brothers, Wu Zongxue and Jiang Qichen. Among them, Wu Zongxue entered the congressional office after graduating from college and was stationed in Taichung. He is very familiar with Beitun District, has a service heart and is diligent. As Chen Chengtian said, he used to be a "gas scholar" and now he is a "gas scholar". Wu Zongxue not only has the spirit of sending gas, but also has the spirit of catching ants, just like his master Chen Chengtian.
