Gürlek, in his speech at the program held at Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu Cultural Center in Sultanbeyli within the scope of "Turkey Century Meetings", said that citizens will find themselves, that is, the rule of law, with unshakable determination against whoever sets their eyes on their lives, property and peace.
Stating that they received this determination and seriousness from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's love for the nation and the prayers and love of the citizens who trusted him and supported him for 25 years, Gürlek stated that they are determined to achieve the goal of a Terror-Free Turkey, a national project that is kneaded with the mind of the state and the nation, and that they are sworn to not allow any kind of crime and criminal organizations to breathe.
Stating that the judiciary is on duty 24 hours a day within the framework of the principles of the rule of law against those who insult national, spiritual, ethnic, cultural and belief values and try to separate the society, Gürlek said:
"Recently, we have been faced with some negative developments in the financial markets, which are one of the most important elements of our economic system. Be absolutely sure of this, we are handling the process very meticulously from a legal perspective. Wherever it leads, we are determined to bring to justice all those responsible for causing the suffering of our citizens. In line with the instructions of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we are rapidly taking the necessary measures together with the relevant ministries and institutions of our government, and working to clarify the process in a transparent manner. Our citizens are reassured." "Nothing will remain in the dark."
Gürlek stated that this process is targeted by people who are registered terrorist organization hitmen, who have been held accountable before the law in Türkiye, and said, "Some opposition mentalities, who cannot even respond to corruption and irregularities in courtrooms, follow the same path. They act with thousands of lies and mischief to turn what is happening into a political opportunity. We follow all this closely and take the necessary notes." he said.

Minister Gürlek continued his speech as follows:
"We and you both have a common dream, the Turkey Century. This dream is now coming to fruition. This goal, which sprouted from our thousand-year-old deep-rooted state tradition, flourishes and grows on the horizon of our 86 million citizens, the Turkish geography of more than 250 million, the Islamic world of over a billion, and our region. Turkey is on its way to becoming a great plane tree that will be a monument of justice, tranquility and peace in the world. While walking towards the goals of the Turkey Century, we have broken the chains that bound our country. The arrow is now out of the bow. "There is no turning back from Türkiye without terrorism. There is no turning back from the path of the Turkey Century. Whoever wants to harm this process that we carry out for the national unity and peace of our nation will face the unshakable will of our state and our nation."
Stating that the flow of history was changed by noble and ancient nations that preserved their unity and solidarity and acted under the leadership of leaders with high vision and faith, Gürlek said that Türkiye is writing this story today, reading the spirit of the time well, meticulously identifying the threats to the future and taking the necessary precautions and continuing on its way with a strong unity.
Gürlek stated that, as the Minister of Justice, they improved the physical conditions, human resources and institutional functioning of the justice organization simultaneously and in harmony, and contributed to the preparation and implementation of the required legal regulations and other legislative studies in cooperation with the legislative body.
Stating that all institutions of the state operate synchronously and that every issue, from the smallest to the largest, is handled within the framework of the institutions' duties and responsibilities, Gürlek noted that every issue is approached with the same seriousness.
Minister Gürlek stated that since the day he took office, in order to meet the expectations of the citizens, all the investigations that have passed over time and are waiting to be solved, especially the unsolved files, have been meticulously brought back to the agenda with the chief prosecutor's offices, and that they are working determinedly to clarify each of them.
Stating that they put criminal gangs, illegal betting and gambling networks, money laundering and drug crime organizations, all kinds of evil focuses targeting the economy and profit-oriented criminal alliances formed in local governments at the center of their fight within the framework of the law, Gürlek stated that they will never compromise on this fight under any circumstances, and that prosecutors and all members of the judiciary are aware of their duties.

Gürlek stated that the perpetrators of these structures and other illegal criminal organizations cannot escape from justice, and that the hand of the state will reach them no matter where they hide in the world, and said:
"Turkey's Century is not just a goal, it is our very existence. This is not a political or policy discourse, but a matter of eternal state. As the Minister of Justice, we approach our goal of the 'Century of Justice' with this understanding. Our future generations, that is, our youth and children, to whom we will entrust our country, are among our priorities. We have to establish an environment that will raise them in a legal order protected from all kinds of threats. Legal guarantees for the protection of the family are our priority. We target our youth and children." "We will not make concessions against any criminal organization. In addition, we support everyone who works to provide them with wider opportunities. We saw our young people meeting with books and writers at the Sultanbeyli Book Fair we visited today. I congratulate our municipality and everyone who contributed to this beautiful organization. Every new door opened to our young people is an investment in the future of Türkiye."
Explaining that they held fruitful meetings with non-governmental organizations, chambers of commerce and industry in all corners of Türkiye, and that they contacted business people and real sector representatives directly, Gürlek stated that they opened the doors of the Ministry of Justice wide to business people and real sector representatives, who are the lifeblood of the economy.
Gürlek said that they carried out many reforms in the field of judiciary, shaped these studies by listening to the demands of citizens, made decisions and set implementation targets to speed up trials in many areas, especially rent and divorce cases and commercial disputes that concern large segments of society.
Stating that they are determined to further strengthen a fast, predictable and reliable justice system where citizens can access their rights in a timely manner, Gürlek said, "The most important basis of our strong and determined stance towards serving our nation, as a serving cabinet member of the Presidential Government System, is the presence of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the leader of the century, who always stands behind us and never withholds his support from us. Gürlek emphasized that the Republic of Türkiye is a state of law and that the law operates strongly in its own medium, and continued his words as follows:
"On this occasion, I would like to underline this issue; let illegal structures and evil groups know very well that they can never stop me from my goal as the Minister of Justice. I owe service to this nation. If a pebble touches my citizens' feet on the road, I will feel their pain and go after those responsible. No matter how much they attack, no matter how insidious accounts they are centrally managed on social media and hunt for personalities, the Republic of Turkey is governed by the rule of law, down to the point." "We will implement the principles and bring them before our judiciary. Now, I will listen to the issues, demands and suggestions of this district from you. We will carefully evaluate every opinion that our lawyers, business people, non-governmental organizations and valuable headmen will convey to us."
After his speech, Sultanbeyli Mayor Ali Tombaş and AK Party Sultanbeyli District Chairman Ayhan Üşdi presented gifts to Minister Gürlek.
