AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik blamed Israel's attacks on Gaza and cursed Netanyahu

AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik said that Israel will be held accountable before the law for its ongoing attacks in Gaza and the region.

Recalling the speech made by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Çelik said, "After every speech of our President, members of the 'genocide network' feel more and more about the days when they will be held accountable before the law for the crimes they committed against humanity." he said.

Stating that President Erdoğan's speeches are a declaration of conscience on behalf of the alliance of humanity, Çelik said, "It shows that the genocide network is guilty before history, conscience and law." he said.

Çelik said, "Every statement made by the genocide network is due to the fear of being held accountable for its crimes against humanity." made his assessment.

"HE CANNOT COVER HIS CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY BY TARGETING OUR PRESIDENT"

Çelik also reacted to Netanyahu's targeting of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in his speech to an empty hall due to protests at the UN General Assembly.

In his post on his social media account, Çelik said, "We condemn in the strongest terms the excessive, aggressive and delusional statements of the genocidal Netanyahu, who turned the UN rostrum into the scene of massacre propaganda, targeting our President and our country." he said.

"Netanyahu, who is the head of a murder network that killed tens of thousands of innocent people, including women, children and the elderly in Gaza and violated international law, cannot cover up the crimes he committed against humanity by targeting our President and Türkiye with lies." Ömer Çelik continued: "This barbaric mentality, which distorts historical and legal facts on every issue from Cyprus to the Aegean, from Syria to Palestine, is guilty in the conscience of humanity and before international law. Turkey, under the leadership of our President, will continue to give the answers it deserves to the so-called threats, slanders and manipulations of this genocidal device."

GAZA CALL AT THE UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY

President Erdoğan discussed the situation in Gaza in his speech at the UN General Assembly.

Drawing attention to Israel's attacks in Gaza, Erdoğan stated that more pressure should be put on Israel. Emphasizing that the UN has become unable to perform its duty, Erdoğan said, "The way to increase trust in the UN is clear. Children in Gaza will be safe."
