New witness statements in the investigation of allegations that Alihan Kuriş targeted the FETO leadership and the death of Arif Ahmet Denizolgun

Witness statements were included in the file in the investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the "Alihan Kuriş profit-oriented criminal organization" and the investigation carried out by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the death of former Minister of Transport Arif Ahmet Denizolgun.

According to information received from judicial sources, businessman M.K. testified as a witness in the investigation carried out by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

Shortly before 17-25 December 2013, Arif Ahmet Denizolgun and businessman R.A. Stating that they chatted with him about the business world, M.K. explained the dialogue between them as follows:

"Ahmet Denizolgun said, 'A letter came from Fetullah Gülen. He said that he wanted to act together in the future. I am thinking of saying no. We stand by our state.' he said. "I understood that this offer from Pennsylvania was made for cooperation against the state and the government, after Ahmet Denizolgun said 'we are with our state' and also after 17-25 December happened shortly after."

“DENİZOLGUN'S DEATH IS SUSPICIOUS”

Witness Y.K., who testified in the investigation of the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. He claimed that Kuriş had been fond of money since his childhood and had a desire to become the leader of the community.

Stating that he thought Denizolgun's death was unnatural, Y.K said, "Alihan Kuriş recently wanted to become the head of the community due to his financial ambitions. Regarding this, both he and his mother Ayşe Gülderen were making statements that they would become the head of the community. The only option that would enable Alihan Kuriş to become the head of the community is the death of Arif Ahmet Denizolgun. Arif Ahmet Denizolgun's death is suspicious." made claims.

“FETO DID NOT WANT ARIF AHMET BEY AT THE HEAD OF THE COMMUNITY”

Witness R.Ş., whose statement was taken in the investigation into Denizolgun's death. He also noted that Kuriş had leadership expectations and ambition, and that's why Kuriş and his mother disparaged Denizolgun in their circles.

Witness R.Ş. said, "Before his death, Arif Ahmet Bey was making statements in public that he would kill himself for Alihan and Ayşe Gülderen. He even said, 'They might poison me.' He said this in the community's environment." He stated:

Claiming that Alihan Kuriş was controlled by FETO, R.Ş. made the following statement:

"In fact, he knew that if he did not swear allegiance, he would be dismissed from the leadership of the community. I have more than one report about FETO. In fact, FETO did not want Arif Ahmet Bey to be the leader of the community because he wanted to be on the side of the state and the government. They found it appropriate for Alihan to replace him. The only option to put Alihan at the head of the community was for Arif Ahmet Bey to die. For this reason, Alihan was also in the plan for FETO to kill Arif Ahmet Bey. Alihan is very clear who was involved in this. knows."
