Surprising defense from the murderer of mother and brother!

In Manisa, 45-year-old Uğur Kabaağaç, who stabbed his 73-year-old mother Hülya Aktaş and his brother 42-year-old Hüseyin Kabaağaç to death, was arrested. In his police interrogation, Kabaağaç said that he did not remember why they had an argument and that he killed his mother and brother.

The blood-curdling incident in Manisa took place around 08.30 yesterday morning, in the flat on the 3rd floor of a 5-storey apartment building located on 3316th Street, Ayniali District, Yunusemre district.

According to the news in DHA, an argument broke out between Uğur Kabaağaç (45), his mother Hülya Aktaş (73) and his brother Hüseyin Kabaağaç (42), who came home, for an unknown reason.

The discussion quickly turned into a fight. Uğur Kabaağaç stabbed his mother and brother with the knife he took from the kitchen.

While escaping, Uğur Kabaağaç called his sister on the phone and said, "I killed my mother and brother." Upon his sister's notice, a large number of health and police teams were dispatched to the address.

Upon check-up by the medical team, it was determined that the mother and son had died. The bodies of Hülya Aktaş and her son were taken to the morgue of Manisa Merkezefendi State Hospital, Forensic Medicine Institute, for autopsy.

Kabaağaç, who killed his mother and brother, was caught near his home the same day. Kabaağaç, who was learned to have received treatment for his psychological problems a while ago, said in his interrogation that he did not remember why they had an argument and that he did not kill his mother and brother.

Kabaağaç, who was referred to the courthouse after his procedures at the police, was arrested in the courthouse.
