According to the statement made by the company, ASELSAN, with its wide participation ranging from defense systems to experience areas for children, from competitions to festival security, will present its engineering experience of more than half a century to the attention of festival visitors.
ASELSAN, one of the important stakeholders of TEKNOFEST, will meet with young people and technology enthusiasts in Şanlıurfa between 30 September and 4 October. ASELSAN, which will exhibit its advanced technology solutions throughout the event, will offer visitors a pleasant journey of discovery with experience sections prepared for children and young people.
National technology showcase from the sky to underwater
ASELSAN will introduce its visitors to its wide product family, ranging from the sky to land platforms, from the depths of the seas to precision guidance systems. TULGAR, ASELFLIR 600, LGK, HGK, TOLUN, KILIÇ and DERİNGÖZ systems will be available at the stand.
ÇELİKKUBBE Digital Area will provide the opportunity to get to know Turkey's multi-layered air defense architecture closely. In the open exhibition section, HİSAR, GÖKBERK, GÜRZ, KORKUT, YENER, EJDERHA and GÖKALP systems will be presented to visitors. Thus, national defense capabilities developed against different threats can be examined together.
It starts with curiosity, turns into production
Tekno Adventure, which was implemented by ASELSAN to increase children's interest in science and discovery, will be among the notable stops of the event with its 500 square meter section. In the Göbeklitepe themed section, children will learn and explore by directly interacting with fun and educational activities.
The journey of discovery, which started with curiosity in childhood, will turn into production with the projects of young people in TEKNOFEST competitions. Young competitors will seek answers to real problems while transforming their ideas into concrete works and will have the opportunity to experience end-to-end engineering processes. ASELSAN will enable young people to develop their competencies through the competitions it supports.
ASELSAN conducted many competitions within the scope of TEKNOFEST. Artificial Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Competitions in Aviation brought together many talented young people in Diyarbakır. TEKNOFEST excitement also moved to Mardin. The systems developed by university students made the audience proud in the Unmanned Ground Vehicles competition held in Mardin.
The security of the festival is entrusted to ASELSAN
Security systems developed with national resources will play an active role for the safety of visitors at TEKNOFEST Şanlıurfa. The organization area will be effectively monitored with remotely controlled fixed and moving cameras, and the images obtained will be instantly transferred to the TEKNOFEST Security Center.

ASELSAN General Manager Ahmet Akyol emphasized that the bond children establish with science and engineering at an early age is of great importance for Türkiye. Akyol said:

Emphasizing that the historical heritage of Şanlıurfa adds a special meaning to TEKNOFEST, Akyol drew attention to the role of young people in Turkey's future vision. Akyol made the following evaluations:
