A woman was stabbed to death in La Campana, allegedly by her partner

A 47-year-old woman has been stabbed to death in La Campana (Seville) allegedly by her partner, a 56-year-old man who has barricaded himself in a home in this town, as sources close to the investigation have informed EFE.

The events, as reported to EFE by the Civil Guard, occurred around 10:40 p.m. this Saturday and the woman had several stab wounds.

The victim was treated by health services and transferred to a health center, where his death was finally confirmed at 11:28 p.m.

The alleged perpetrator of the crime is barricaded in a house in the town and the Civil Guard maintains an active device to be able to get him to stop his behavior and arrest him.
