Avs and M5S organize the screening of the docufilm 'Naza' in Rome with the presence of Elly Schlein and Giuseppe Conte

On the initiative of Angelo Bonelli, Giuseppe Conte and Nicola Fratoianni, Avs and M5S are organizing the screening of the docufilm "Naza" today, Monday 28 September, at 8pm, at the Cinema Adriano. Entry is by invitation and closed to the press. The Dems do not appear among the organizers of the event, but both the secretary Elly Schlein and several other Dem representatives were invited to the screening.

Elly Schlein, secretary of the Democratic Party, also arrived at the special screening of the film "Naza" organized by Avs and 5Stelle at the Adriano cinema in Rome. Present were the president of the M5s, Giuseppe Conte and the leaders of Avs, Nicola Fratoianni and Angelo Bonelli. The docufilm 'Naza', by the Israelis Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor, tells the story of the planning of Israeli air attacks on the Gaza Strip from 7 October 2023 and won the Special Jury Prize at the last Venice Film Festival.

"This is a film that testifies to what happened in Gaza not with scenographic effects, not on individual war crimes, but explains to us what was decided in Tel Aviv and then happened in Gaza. So these are the voices of the executioners who no longer want to lie." Thus the president of the M5s, Giuseppe Conte, arriving at the special screening of the film "Naza" organized by Avs and 5Stelle at the Adriano cinema in Rome. Also present were the leaders of the rest of the "wide field" Elly Schlein of the Democratic Party and Nicola Fratoianni and Angelo Bonelli of Avs. When asked whether the presence of all center-left leaders this evening is politically important, Conte replied: "Yes, because we immediately decided that we could not remain silent with respect to war crimes perpetrated day after day, which even then became mass extermination and therefore genocide. We immediately decided which side we were on." And he concluded: "We thought it was a duty to take a stand and today also delve deeper with the help of the directors, acquire further information to understand what happened. We also consider it fundamental for the political actions to be continued in the future".
