3.1. Quality, type and quantity: 1 Asphalt Road Construction Work will be carried out.

Detailed information can be found in the administrative specifications in the tender document in EKAP. 3.3. Place of construction/delivery: Ayvat Bendi - Balgrad Forest Eyüpsultan / İSTANBUL 3.4. Duration/delivery date: 30 (Thirty) calendar days from delivery. 3.5. Work start date: Work will start after site delivery is made within 5 days from the date the contract is signed.

4- Participation and qualification criteria:

4.1.3. Temporary guarantee.

4.1.4 Business partnership declaration if the bidder is a business partnership.

4.2. Information and documents regarding economic and financial sufficiency and the criteria they must meet: No information, documents or criteria regarding economic and financial sufficiency are specified.

4.3. Information and documents regarding vocational and technical qualifications and the criteria they must meet: 4.3.1. Documents showing work experience related to the work subject to the tender or similar works within the last fifteen years, within the scope of a contract that includes a price, not less than 80% of the price promised and offered. 4.3.1.1. If the document used by the legal entity to show work experience belongs to the partner who owns more than half of the shares of the legal entity and is authorized to represent and manage the contracts regarding the tenders to be held in accordance with Law No. 4734, it is issued by the trade registry directorates within the chamber of commerce and industry/chamber of commerce or by a certified public accountant or independent accountant financial advisor after the first announcement date and shows that these conditions have been maintained uninterruptedly for the last one year from the date of issue, It is mandatory to use a document compatible with the e-form.

In case the work experience obtained from works carried out abroad, other than those committed to the administrations within the scope of Law No. 4734, is used within the relationship of a group of companies established on the basis of share majority in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 195 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 dated 13/1/2011, documents proving this legal relationship and the duration of this relationship must be submitted.

4.4. Works that will be considered as similar work in this tender and engineering and architecture departments that will be considered equivalent to similar work: 4.4.1. Works that will be considered as similar works in this tender: Group V Highways Works, Avenue and street construction works will be accepted as Similar Works. 4.4.2. Engineering and architecture departments that will be considered equivalent to a similar job in this tender: Civil Engineering

5- The most economically advantageous offer will be determined solely on the basis of price.

6- Only local bidders can participate in the tender.

7- Those who will bid for the tender are required to log in to their EKAP account and download the tender document.

8-Bids will be prepared via EKAP using the offer letter, tender participation certificate and other attachments, and will be signed with e-signature and sent via EKAP until the tender date and time.

9- Bidders will submit their bids on a turnkey lump sum basis. As a result of the tender, a turnkey lump sum contract will be signed with the bidder on whom the tender was awarded.

10- In this tender, an offer will be made for the entire work.

11- Bidders will provide a provisional guarantee in an amount they determine, not less than 3% of the price they bid.

12- There will be no electronic auction in this tender.

13- The validity period of the bids is 90 (ninety) calendar days from the tender date.

14- Bidding cannot be submitted to the tender as a consortium.
