The living and environmental conditions are extremely primitive. Makeup is strictly prohibited throughout the course. She is used to the stage image and says that wearing makeup is as uneasy as "having no clothes". At the same time, drinking coffee is strictly prohibited and she is on a vegetarian diet throughout the course, forcing her to cut off all substance dependence. Students have to start "dynamic meditation" at 4 a.m. every day. Through fast-paced breathing, vibration, jumping, free dancing or making sounds, they can completely release the emotional pressure and tension accumulated in the body, enter deep relaxation and meditation, and completely bring their attention back to the current physical sensation.
Faced with the unbearable heat in India, the bathing time is only about 5 minutes. Zhou Sijie described that just by putting away the shampoo, toiletries and clean clothes, the assembly whistle sounded before she even finished taking off her clothes. In addition, she only had 10 minutes before going to bed. Not only did she have to make the bed in the dark, she also had to clean her teeth and wash her face before going to bed. Zhou Sijie revealed that the core proposition of the course is only one sentence: "Who is in? (Who is living in you now?)". At first she felt bored and had a sore back, but on the third day when she took a quick shower, when the water from the shower above her head washed down, she instantly understood the purity and beauty of the "now" and completely learned to "look within." She also realized a golden saying: "When you are dissatisfied with the status quo and cannot accept it, please be patient a little longer. She had already entered menopause for about half a year and her menstrual periods had stopped long ago. After the shocking course, her menstrual period came again, which made her senses more acute.
