Exhibitor Zhou Dingkun: 10,000TB can probably reach the detection image volume of 1.2 billion raw grains. Core indicators such as aflatoxin and DON can be detected accurately to single digits. This is an issue related to the safety of food rations for thousands of households.

Drying equipment is on duty before the autumn harvest
The weather vane at the grain fair has become the first mover in the production line. The autumn grain harvest has not yet begun on a large scale, and the drying equipment is busy first. In Huaxian, the largest grain-producing county in Henan Province, the local government learned from the experience of last year's continuous rains that caused grain losses. Drying guarantees were arranged in advance, and the threshold for post-production grain losses was set before the harvest.
At 3 o'clock in the morning, the lights were brightly lit in the workshop of a drying equipment manufacturer in Huaxian County, and welding flowers were flying. On the production line, from steel plate cutting to complete machine debugging, every process was competing for time and progress.
When people are robbing jobs, what exactly are they robbing? The reporter looked through the company's sales ledger and discovered a new change: the proportion of small movable drying equipment in orders increased significantly. Mobile dryers, which were only used as emergency supplies in the past, have become an urgent need for farmers and cooperatives to compete for this year.
What kind of machine is being fought over? It's a "drying tower" on wheels. The mobile grain dryer in front of you is 6.2 meters high and 1.9 meters wide, almost two stories high. A complete set of drying towers is directly installed on the wheel chassis; a single batch can process 5 tons of grain.
Why is it being fought over? The answer is hidden inside the tower. In the unique triangular box tower structure, hot air penetrates the grain layer from the air inlet box, and is then extracted from the adjacent exhaust box. The wind direction is continuously switched inside the grain pile - the grain grains are heated evenly, and the temperature and precipitation rate are accurately controllable.
Zhang Qunying, technician of Henan Zhongke Intelligent Equipment Drying Division: We have optimized the internal structure to avoid local breakage caused by high temperature. Compared with the traditional drying mode, we have effectively avoided mildew and loss of grain.
Once the machine is in the hands of farmers, how do they use it? In Shangguan Town, Huaxian County, Wang Xiefang, a major grain grower, installed a mobile dryer on the ground, giving neighbors a nearby "drying point" for their tidal grains.
The reporter continued to visit the county and discovered another new product that continues to gain popularity - the whole ear dryer. Many large grain growers have changed from the "threshing first, then drying" method that has been used for many years to "drying first, then threshing". A process change is rewriting the traditional method of corn drying.
Behind a dryer is the industrial chassis of a county. Today, there are more than ten large-scale drying equipment companies in Huaxian County, integrating R&D, production, sales, and service. Shangguan Town where Wang Xiefang is located alone has more than 20 agricultural machinery companies, and their products cover the entire process of farming, planting, management, harvesting, drying, and storage.
In order to cope with possible autumn floods during this year's autumn harvest, Henan has currently prepared 6,176 grain dryers with a daily drying capacity of 492,000 tons. The autumn harvest is around the corner, and the production rhythm of grain machinery companies is closely aligned with the harvest timeline.
