Within the scope of the investigation initiated on the allegation that "public damage was caused by irregularities in the tender processes" and "money was unlawfully requested from business owners who wanted to obtain a license", a detention order was issued for 68 people.
58 people, including vice presidents Nurcan Alan, Ali Rıza Akyüz, Cemalettin Özdemir, Arda Karadağ, Abdülhamit Pehlivan, 2 council members and some branch managers were detained.
