本次大会由崖州湾国家实验室指导,沈阳农业大学、中国水稻研究所、湖南杂交水稻研究中心和辽宁省科技厅、省教育厅、省农业农村厅联合承办,汇聚了国内稻作领域顶尖院士专家、高校科研院所代表、农技推广单位科技人员,农业龙头企业代表,以学术交流、成果展览、现场考察等方式,系统总结中国超级稻30年的科研成果、深化全国稻作学术交流、凝聚粮食安全科技创新合力。

20世纪80年代,中国超级稻首创者沈阳农业大学杨守仁在突破籼粳稻杂交和水稻理想株型理论研究的基础上,1987年又率先提出“理想株型与优势利用相结合”的超级稻育种理论和技术路线,为后续超高产突破奠定理论根基。1997年,杨守仁团队率先育成中国首个直立大穗型超级粳稻品种——沈农265,大面积示范亩产跃上800公斤台阶,实现中国水稻育种历史性的重大突破,开启了中国超级稻育种三十年飞速发展的黄金时期。

本次大会聚焦国家粮食安全战略,围绕中国超级稻、粮食安全与生物育种、现代农业与新质生产力三个方向设置三个平行论坛,专家学者就水稻种质资源创新、分子育种技术迭代、绿色高效栽培、抗逆稳产改良等开展深度研讨,在全方位梳理超级稻30年来的理论突破、技术革新、产业成效与全球贡献的同时,也分享了众多前沿技术与真知灼见。

三十载春华秋实,中国超级稻不仅创造了巨大的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,更淬炼出求实、创新、拼搏、奉献的科研精神,成为中国农业科技自立自强的生动缩影。当前,受全球气候变化、耕地减少、人口增长等多重因素叠加,全球粮食安全形势仍然严峻,稻作科技创新仍是保障粮食安全特别是口粮安全的核心抓手。

会上,辽宁种业实验室正式揭牌,这也是辽宁省内首个农业主题的省级实验室。实验室落地沈阳农业大学,将与全国的科研机构、高校、企业深入对接,积极引入先进技术优质资源,汇聚跨学科多领域创新合力,聚焦种质资源保护利用、品种选育、技术集成等开展联合攻关,加快优质高产多抗农作物品种落地推广,促进科技成果高效转化应用,助力种业产业链补链强链,共同为国家种业振兴和农业现代化贡献更大力量。
