MOSCOW, September 22 - RIA Novosti. The possibility of Armenia opening markets in Europe to export products is a matter of competitiveness and quality of goods, says Oksana Lut, head of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture.

“This is a question of competitiveness and product quality. We wish them good luck, of course,” Lut said, answering a question from journalists about whether Armenia will be able to open markets in Europe.
