The head of “At Home with Mayak” Lydia Moniava will leave the post of director of the fund and will resign from its board. This was announced in the Telegram channel of the public figure.

The co-founder of the fund said that the investigation will take place over the next couple of months, and in 2-3 months the trial will take place. Then she can be sent to a colony for 5-10 years.

“I will have to stop being the director of the Lighthouse House and resign from the board. But I believe that my colleagues will be able to support the work of the hospice without me. Maybe it will even work out better, finally no one will interfere,” Moniava added.

The public figure expressed hope that the criminal investigation against her will not affect the work of the foundation. “The Lighthouse House has more than 1,000 patients and 400 employees. Hospice is much more than just me. It is very, very important that the hospice continues to operate; families need it incredibly,” concluded Moniava.
