Israeli Protest in Berlin: Demonstration in Support of Palestine in Neukölln

Many people gathered near the Gneisenaustrasse Metro Station to protest Israel's attacks on Palestinian lands, and then walked in front of the Neukölln City Hall.

In the protest, which also reacted against Israel's usurpation of Palestinian lands and Germany's supply of weapons to Israel, slogans were chanted: "Israel is bombing, Germany supports", "Palestine until victory", "Zionists are fascists, they kill children and civilians", "Palestine 48", "The only solution is intifada resistance", "Freedom for Palestine" and "This is not a war, this is genocide".

The demonstrators carried Palestinian flags and plaques reading "Boycott Israel", "I do not stand with Israel, I stand with human rights", "Respect its existence or wait for resistance", "Stop the genocide", "Zionists, Germany loves you. Come and settle here".

It was stated that at least one person was detained at the demonstration, where intense security measures were taken.

On the other hand, a pro-Israel group unfurled Israeli flags on the route where Palestinian supporters demonstrated.
