Frightening moments on the highway in Bolu: Passenger bus caught fire

A fire broke out in the engine compartment of the passenger bus with plate number 34 FEH 534, which was moving on the Bolu-Karabük highway at night.

Realizing that smoke was rising from the bus, the driver pulled the vehicle to the side of the road and evacuated the passengers.

Upon notice, fire brigades were dispatched to the area. With the intervention of the teams, the flames were taken under control and extinguished.

While the bus became unusable in the fire, no one was injured. The passengers continued on their way with another called bus.

The moments when the bus burned were recorded on a mobile phone.

An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
