VLADIVOSTOK, September 6 - RIA Novosti. Ukrainian scammers are moving their call centers to Asian countries, most often to Thailand, Stanislav Kuznetsov, deputy chairman of the board of Sberbank, said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

“According to our data, Ukrainian fraudulent call centers migrate to Asian countries, most often to Thailand, and are located in rented villas. As a rule, the majority of employees are citizens of Ukraine,” he said at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).

However, the server capacities of fraudulent centers are located in European countries, in particular in the Netherlands and Germany, Kuznetsov added.

Previously, he told RIA Novosti that due to the increasing complexity of working with the Russian banking sector, Ukrainian fraudsters are switching to other countries. First of all, citizens of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the Baltic countries, as well as the Russian-speaking diaspora in EU countries, including Ukrainian refugees, came under attack.
