Su Qiaohui said that new residents struggle in an environment of different languages ​​and cultures, and we are all the bravest people in this land. She proposed three major directions: adding a "New Resident Community Consultation Station", establishing a "New Resident Entrepreneurship Guidance Group" and "Supporting Multicultural Creation" to allow new residents to live in New Taipei and develop their talents.

Su Qiaohui used her past experience of studying abroad as an example. She knows that it is very heartwarming to meet friends who speak the same language and eat the same food in a foreign land. Therefore, she hopes to provide all-round support to new residents. New residents have settled in New Taipei for many years. The government's role should shift from assisting in "adapting to Taiwan" in the past to accompanying everyone to live a better life.

Her first political proposal is to further upgrade the existing "New Resident Care Service Station" into a "New Resident Community Consultation Station." Su pointed out that care is simply taking care as the core, while consultation means that the government can prepare resources so that everyone can go and understand freely. During her tenure as chairperson of the New Taipei City Party Headquarters of the Democratic Progressive Party, she promoted 40 new resident consultation stations in various places. In the future, she will bring services into the areas of life most familiar to new residents. In addition to existing associations, groups and schools, she will also include grocery stores, snack bars, beauty salons, etc. run by new residents to become a community consultation base.

The second policy is to expand the development opportunities for new residents from study, employment to entrepreneurship. She said that there are currently 7 learning centers for new residents in New Taipei District 29, but they are mainly concentrated in some areas. In the future, she will re-examine the actual needs of each district, increase learning bases, and provide language and functional skills. resources, while also offering more practical vocational training courses; she proposed the establishment of a "New Resident Entrepreneurship Guidance Group" to provide guidance and consultation by experienced entrepreneurs and professionals based on practical needs such as language, information, loan applications, and store opening procedures, as well as provide entrepreneurial learning subsidies. New residents who have started their own businesses will also be introduced to AI tool courses.

Su said that she will push the future city government to support the cultural creation of new residents, so that multiculturalism becomes New Taipei's urban characteristics and new business opportunities. In the future, the city government should be more proactive in setting up a stage to support different cultures in cross-field creations such as literature, film and television, music and even ACGN, so that the culture of new residents has more opportunities to be transformed into creative and industrial energy.
