He alone remained in the forest and guarded the equipment that the forestry workers were supposed to transport to another area.

KRASNOYARSK, September 23 - RIA Novosti. The man who died from a bear attack in the Yenisei municipal district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory remained alone in the forest and guarded the equipment, RIA Novosti was told at the regional headquarters of the RF IC.

“They (forestry workers – ed.) carried out sanitary felling of forest plantings on a site in the Epishinsky forestry. And in the morning they had to drive the equipment to another site, deciding to leave this man to guard the equipment,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
