Truck with 3 thousand liters of milk falls into river, and submerged driver breathes through improvised tube during rescue in SC

The driver of a truck loaded with 3 thousand liters of milk was trapped in the submerged cabin for almost 3 hours after the vehicle fell into a river in Ituporanga, in the Itajaí Valley, on Friday afternoon (9). He was able to breathe with the help of a flexible tube improvised by rescuers during the rescue.
