Candidate Paes visits Complexo do Salgueiro and proposes retaking territories with police reinforcement and investments in education

Paes was at one of the entrances to the Fazenda dos Mineiros community, which is part of the Salgueiro Complex. He greeted voters, entered a tire shop and talked to motorcycle taxi drivers and military police officers.

On the agenda, the candidate spoke about proposals for the area of ​​Public Security. He stated that, if elected, he will implement a program to retake territories in the state, starting with Complexo do Salgueiro.

The project foresees a permanent occupation of security forces at the site. Paes also said that he intends to renovate a Ciep and build a Knowledge Ship and a Faetec unit to offer qualification courses to young people.

The candidate also stated that Complexo do Salgueiro will gain a new base for the Special Police Operations Battalion (BOPE).

"We are going to triple the size of the Bope, and one of these Bopes will be here within the Salgueiro Complex, to clearly show that this resumption is a resumption to stay the next day. Another Bope we will do in Baixada Fluminense, to also retake territories there", said Paes.

Paes also spoke again about unifying the Public Security Coordination in the state into a single secretariat.
