Lai Qingde said that in addition to deciding to distribute 10,000 yuan next year so that all people can share the dividends of AI, the government will also implement a "0 to 18-year-old growth allowance" from next year. Each person aged 0 to 6 years old receives a monthly subsidy of 5,000 yuan; between the ages of 6 and 18, parents receive 2,500 yuan of which, and the other 2,500 yuan is deposited by the government as a growth allowance, totaling 360,000 yuan in 12 years, with a two-year time deposit interest rate as the minimum guarantee. All investment income belongs to the child, allowing the child to have funds to study, learn technology, or start a business in the future.

Lai Qingde said that after taking office, he attached great importance to education, so he began to promote full tuition exemption for high school vocational schools and tuition and miscellaneous fee subsidies for students in private colleges and universities.
