On that day, more than 200 members of the Belgian Chinese Youth Federation gathered together to celebrate the festival with representatives of the Belgian Brothers and Overseas Chinese Association. Zhao Yang, the counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Belgium and other guests attended the party.

Xu Feng, President of the Belgian Chinese Youth Federation, said in his speech that the development and changes in his ancestral (home) country have made overseas Chinese feel more excited and cherish today's hard-won good life and development opportunities. Over the years, the Belgian Chinese Youth Federation has led young overseas Chinese to actively integrate into mainstream Belgian society and contribute to local development and China-Belgium friendship.

Xu Feng said that in the future, the Belgian Chinese Youth Federation will work hard to bring more young people together and build a platform for everyone to communicate and help each other.
