[Reporter Feng Yining/Comprehensive Report] The South Korean girl group "CLC", which debuted in 2015, disbanded in 2022 and recently announced its resurrection and will come to Taiwan to perform on July 19. Unexpectedly, it was reported last month that Kwon Eun Bin, the youngest member of the group, would not renew his contract with Cube Entertainment when it expired. Today (16), he posted a long post on the social platform announcing that he would retire from the entertainment industry, causing fans to cry out.

26-year-old Kwon Eun-bin ended her 10-year partnership with Cube Entertainment last month. She posted a long post today. She also lamented, "Looking back, I realize that I spent most of my time fighting emptiness and anxiety about the present and the future, rather than my love for work." She also bluntly said that time was wasted on meaningless things and superficial relationships. Quan Eunbin lamented: I wasted my precious time. Kwon Eun-bin participated in the Mnet talent show "PRODUCE 101" as a trainee in 2016, and later became a new member of CLC. During the disbandment of CLC, she devoted herself to drama and has appeared in dramas such as TVING's "After School War" and Netflix's "Steps to Prestigious Schools".

In today's long post, Kwon Eunbin first expressed her apology and believed that she had the responsibility to explain the current situation and decision to all fans who supported her. She said that she started her acting career when she was a teenager. Looking back on the past, present and future, she felt that time seemed to have frozen. With the exposure of this retirement declaration, it also means that CLC’s upcoming overseas tour is likely to be the last journey of Kwon Eun Bin’s acting career. Among them, the "CLC 11th Anniversary Concert: After All in Taipei" held at Zepp New Taipei on July 19 will most likely be her farewell stage in Taiwan.
According to the plan, CLC will also hold concerts and fan meetings in Hong Kong on August 29th and 30th. After completing relevant activities, Kwon Eun Bin will also officially bid farewell to his 10-year acting career, bringing an end to his career as an idol and actor.
