Code 10 investigates whether the Government knew about the massive entry of migrants in Ceuta

Code 10 dedicated part of its season premiere to investigating whether the Government had prior knowledge of the massive entry of migrants registered in Ceuta on July 30. The program claimed to have official documentation that would support this thesis.

David Alemán introduced the report with a direct warning to the Executive: "Mr. Sánchez, ministers, I recommend that you pay close attention to everything we are going to reveal tonight." The presenter announced that the judicial investigation was already underway.

Nacho Abad explained that the investigation of the case fell to Judge María Tardón, who was on duty at the National Court when the events occurred. Regarding the scope of his investigations, the journalist stated: "He already has a complete report on his table that could lead to criminal liability on the part of the Government of Spain."

The first document shown dated July 28 and had the subject "Risk analysis of possible irregular entries into Ceuta on 07/30/2026." In its content, the Security Forces warned of a "current risk of a massive jump over the Ceuta border fence or a swimming crossing during the last days of July."
