The Central District Court of Orenburg began considering a case of fraud in concluding contracts for legal services.

There are 800 victims in the case; the damage exceeded 27 million rubles.

In June 2019, an organized criminal community was created, which entered into contracts for the provision of legal services, significantly inflating their costs, and did not fulfill their obligations.

PERM, September 15 – RIA Novosti. The court began to consider a case of fraud in concluding contracts for legal services, 800 people are victims in the case, the damage exceeded 27 million rubles, reports the press service of the Central District Court of Orenburg.

According to the court, an organized criminal community was created in June 2019. Under the guise of legal firms providing legal services, community members entered into contracts with victims for the provision of legal services, significantly inflating their costs. However, they did not fulfill their obligations. As a result, a case was opened under articles of fraud and organizing a criminal community.
