張育萌表示，9月6日，就是高金的心腹張俊傑逃亡當天。這天上午10點，張俊傑竟然跟高金的辦公室助理陳俊瑋，在新店的餐廳碰面，甚至還一起吃飯。用餐過程不到一小時，席間張俊傑疑似把物品交給陳俊瑋保管，然後就各自離開。

張育萌指出，檢調週二出動搜索陳俊瑋的住處，把他拘提到案。同時，北檢也以證人身分傳喚張俊傑的女兒，也就是歌手Matzka的妻子雲雅舜，追問她有沒有聽聞或目睹父親張俊傑破壞電子手環，以及逃亡的過程。
