Dawid Kacprzyk is to work at the Medical Center in Jaktorów near the capital. As evidence, the website shows photos of a medic who left the facility after finishing his duty. The clinic was informed that Kacprzyk, who did not complete his specialization, was working as an internist.

The spokesman for the Supreme Medical Chamber, Piotr Pisula, emphasized in a comment for the portal that a doctor with the title of specialist in internal diseases can call himself an internist. This is incorrect nomenclature and it should not be so, but if it is only an error in the registration and not the actual title of Dr. Kacprzyk, it is difficult to clearly assess the situation. Generally, such information should not have been released, he emphasized.

On Thursday, the president of the Supreme Medical Council was asked about the fate of Dawid Kacprzyk in a morning interview on RMF FM. Tomasz Terlikowski's guest pointed out that there is no information that Kacprzyk has a new employer. To my knowledge, the doctor did not make any changes to the job register, said Łukasz Jankowski.

In a moment, we will finish the proceedings and we will be able to draw conclusions, i.e. we will either acquit the doctor or punish him with a reprimand, a warning, a ban on holding managerial positions, a financial penalty, withdrawal of the license to practice the profession or its suspension. (...) We must wait for the results of all findings - he emphasized.

He also noted that Kacprzyk must first be punished and atone. In my opinion, he cannot currently hold managerial positions and continue the practices he committed at the Southern Hospital - explained the president of the NRL.

The scandal at the Southern Hospital

Dawid Kacprzyk, as the coordinator of the Emergency Department at the Southern Hospital in Warsaw, and a councilor of KO of the Ursus district of Warsaw, was supposed to earn PLN 1.6 million in 2025 during his specialization in anesthesiology. At the branch run by Kacprzyk, politicians of the Civic Coalition were to be admitted without waiting in line, and comprehensive examinations were to be performed almost immediately after they registered. This news was first reported by Channel Zero. Later it turned out that at the same time Kacprzyk was employed at the hospital in Częstochowa on a non-residential basis.

The aftermath of the scandal was the resignation of the management and supervisory board of the Southern Hospital and the resignation of two vice-presidents of Warsaw.
