据了解,该标段隧洞地质条件复杂,穿越云母石英片岩地层,多次途经断层破碎带与峪河河道,岩体松散、承压裂隙水丰富,存在突泥涌水、软岩大变形等风险。隧洞邻近西成高铁清凉山隧道,属于高风险近接施工,沉降控制标准严苛。
工作人员称,施工期间,项目每100米开展TSP超前地质预报与超前水平探孔作业,利用列车行车间隙采用控制爆破技术,严格遵循隧道施工准则管控各道工序,保障高铁运营与隧洞施工安全。
中铁四局项目总工程师杜明鹤介绍,项目坚持科技赋能,大力推进智能建造与工艺创新。施工现场投入无线遥控智能湿喷机,依靠智能算法调节混凝土喷射参数,每小时喷射量可达35立方米。项目践行“机械化换人、智能化减负”建造理念,投入湿喷机械手、智能衬砌台车等成套大型智能设备,保障各节点工期稳步兑现。
施工中,项目运用BIM+GIS数字化技术模拟推演施工方案,采用聚能光面爆破搭配三维激光扫描系统,隧洞超欠挖控制精度在10公分以内;同步落实五级沉淀池+高效净化处理系统,施工废水经处理后循环或达标排放,践行绿色施工理念。项目健全安全质量管控机制,常态化开展隐患排查,落实工程质量“三检制”,守住隧洞施工安全底线。
“黄午隧洞Ⅳ标全线贯通,为引汉济渭南干线后续施工创造了有利条件。项目部将继续严把安全、质量、生态关口,稳步推进剩余工程建设。”中铁四局项目部负责人李宾涛称。
据悉,工程投运后,将进一步优化陕西水资源空间布局,健全区域水安全保障体系,提升区域防洪减灾能力、改善水生态环境,每年可为关中输送15亿立方米汉江水,惠及沿线1411万民众,助力陕西高质量发展。
