Dilan Polat and her husband Engin Polat have been on the agenda with ongoing investigations for a while.

The couple, Dilan Polat and Engin Polat, who were tried with a request for a 40-year prison sentence on charges of laundering proceeds of crime, establishing an organization, and violating the Law on the Regulation of Betting and Games of Chance, were released on condition of judicial control after being detained for more than nine months.

ACCESS TO INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT WAS DENIED

Social media celebrity Polat's posts, which came to the fore in the case of the murder of Can Polat, who was his bodyguard along with his wife Engin Polat, in Alaçatı, were also the subject of a court decision.

After the murder in Alaçatı, the suspect S.A. said, "I identified the places where they stayed before the attack from Dilan Polat's social media posts." After he gave his statement, the Ministry of Family and Social Services took action.

Upon the application of the Ministry, Ankara Criminal Court of Peace decided to block access to Dilan Polat's Instagram account.
