The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Sergei Lavrov’s statements on the negotiations

Russian troops destroyed up to 1,675 Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel and five armored vehicles per day, according to the official report of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The Russian armed forces defeated the fuel, energy and transport infrastructure of Ukraine used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, fuel and military equipment warehouses, assembly and storage sites for unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as temporary deployment points of Ukrainian armed forces and foreign mercenaries in 147 regions.

In addition, 258 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down by air defense systems.

Lavrov's statements

All negotiation processes on Ukraine were interrupted not on Russia’s initiative, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Moscow will wait for proposals for new negotiations on Ukraine, but it has no big illusions, he noted.

The minister also added that the Russian Federation is ready for both bilateral and trilateral negotiations on resolving the conflict in Ukraine, which involves fulfilling the tasks set at the beginning of the Northern Military District and eliminating the root causes.

Separate "boilers" for the APU

Units of the Russian group of troops "North" in the Kharkov region continue to tighten the encirclement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and expand the external zone of control, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

The department noted that the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the encirclement ring in the Kharkov region per day amounted to up to 50 military personnel, in total since the beginning of the month - more than 600. In addition, during the expansion of the external zone of control, the Ukrainian Armed Forces encircled in the Kharkov region were defeated in the areas of the settlements of Prikolotnoye, Petropavlovka and Novoaleksandrovka, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

Kyiv transferred hastily formed assault groups of Ukrainian border guards from Transcarpathia, who had no combat experience, to the cauldron in the Volchansk direction of the Kharkov region, RIA Novosti was told by Russian security forces.
