林秉宥說,侯友宜也有回答不出來的問題,但是他的回應方式卻好的太多,而那個根本的基礎,是他還有在聽議員說。看得出來,他有在聽,也有在想;一個老練的政治人物即便不是口若懸河,也是口才便給:「你的想法我認同,但是還有問題要解決,是否我請局長給您更詳細的說明?」
林秉宥直言,蔣萬安卻不是這樣。3顆藍莓,為什麼不說我們去了解?為什麼不說我們會改進?早先有網友分享了一篇為什麼政治人物不道歉的研究,顯示不道歉反而有利於維護自身形象。但是那個研究沒有辦法解決的問題是,真實的問題無法被解決的話,是整體信任的防線開始瓦解,而不是單純形象問題。
林秉宥透露,「這個藍莓比較大。其實新北市的團膳也遇過三顆藍莓,我小孩就跟我說過,難吃也不是一朝一夕,但是我知道市府總是能說服家長這樣已經很好。在那個餐標兩倍的學校,學生說吃得好,是市場機制,而費用只有一半的學校,不難吃已經是突破資本市場的神蹟,更遑論免費機制的負面影響?」
林秉宥分析,雙北首長除了財政資源多寡,核心在於溝通能力的落差。他指出,新北資源相對匱乏,全面封鎖戴瑋姍議員建議款,也是一種強烈溝通手段,不是單純的不對話而已,反倒蔣萬安是不思考也不溝通,遇到問題便由局長代打。最後狠酸,若在伸手不見五指的黑暗中要分辨2位市長,會講話的那個是侯友宜,而始終不講話的正是蔣萬安。
