Россияне в США смогут проголосовать в трех городах, где работают российские дипмиссии: в посольстве в Вашингтоне и генконсульствах в Хьюстоне и Нью-Йорке. Участки будут открыты с 8.00 до 20.00 по местному времени, для голосования потребуется загранпаспорт.
"Выборы депутатов Государственной думы Федерального собрания РФ девятого созыва - важнейшее внутриполитическое событие, поэтому готовность к любой явке, исходя из примерного числа находящихся в консульском округе избирателей, нами, безусловно, обеспечена. По решению УИК изготовлено необходимое количество бюллетеней", - сказал Пукалов.
По его словам, в генконсульстве также переоборудуют зал приема посетителей под избирательный участок, чтобы "сделать процесс волеизъявления граждан как можно более комфортным".
Пукалов добавил, что после окончания голосования в 20.00 воспользоваться своим правом смогут только те избиратели, которые к этому моменту уже будут находиться в помещении участка.
