Alexander Babakov noted that Volodin presented each deputy with a quote from the head of state about the impact of laws on the lives of families with children.

MOSCOW, September 28 - RIA Novosti. The A Just Russia faction supports the candidacy of Vyacheslav Volodin for the post of Chairman of the State Duma, said First Deputy Chairman of the A Just Russia party Alexander Babakov.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday met in the Kremlin with the leadership of political parties that entered the State Duma based on the election results.

“I will immediately start with what I have already said. Both our leader and we are at the faction today, discussing this: we support the nomination of Vyacheslav Viktorovich Volodin to the post of Chairman of the State Duma,” Babakov said, addressing Putin.

Babakov noted that Volodin presented each deputy with a quote from the head of state, which reads: “When adopting any law, we must remember how this law affects the lives of families with children.” As the first deputy chairman of A Just Russia noted, this speaks volumes, namely professionalism, responsibility and service to the country.
