Suspects with shotguns were caught in front of the school in Fatih

According to IHA news; The incident took place in the evening in front of Mimar Sinan Vocational Technical Anatolian High School in Fatih District. According to the information obtained, citizens who saw 2 suspects with a pump-action shotgun walking around the school for an unknown reason reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon notice, many police teams were dispatched to the scene.

Noticing the police, the children hid the shotgun in their hands under a minibus parked in the Fatih Closed Marketplace near the school and fled the scene. The teams came to the region and started an investigation to find the gun and the children. At the end of the investigation, the shotgun was found hidden behind the left front wheel of the parked minibus. After extensive security measures were taken in the region, crime scene investigation teams carried out the work.

Upon investigation, it was understood that the captured child was not one of the suspects involved in the incident. Later, the teams examined the camera records in the area and took statements from eyewitnesses and expanded their search efforts to find the suspects. The identities of the 2 suspects, who were identified in a short time, were R.E.Ç. and E.A. It was determined that they were. Following the work carried out, 2 suspects were caught in Osman Yozgatlı District. It was determined that the detained suspects were 17 years old, and the investigation into the incident continues.
