"Samolet" topped the anti-rating of Russian developers for violations of construction deadlines

The largest developer in Russia, Samolet, topped the anti-rating for violations of construction deadlines among Russian developers. This was reported by the RIA Novosti agency with reference to information from the Unified Resource of Developers (ERZ).

According to the analyzed data, as of September 1, Samolet is constructing 1.6 million square meters with a delay, or 36 percent of the housing currently being built. Among Moscow developers, the company is also a leader in this indicator and is building 715.2 thousand “square meters” - this is 67 percent of the total construction volume.

In addition, the top three Russian developers with the largest volume of housing not delivered on time included Seven Suns Development (385.1 thousand square meters, 100 percent of the current construction) and Tochno (about 326.3 thousand square meters, or 14 percent). As for the capital's developers, the second and third places in the corresponding list were taken by Seven Suns Development (190.5 thousand square meters, or 100 percent of the total construction volume) and Tashir (almost 143 thousand square meters, or 100 percent).
