MOSCOW, September 22 - RIA Novosti. The Russian Export Center (REC, VEB Group) announced the winners of the “Exporter of the Year. Made in Russia” award in the Volga Federal District, according to the REC message.
“These are companies that have achieved significant success in the export of non-raw materials, non-energy goods and services by the end of 2025. Thus, 25 organizations and individual entrepreneurs received 30 awards in 14 categories,” the press release says.
The awards to the best exporters of the district were presented by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Maxim Borovoy, Vice-President of the REC Alexander Molodtsov, Director of the Department of Development and Regulation of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Dmitry Nekrasov, General Director of the charitable foundation "Children's Assistance Fund named after E.M. Primakov." and Deputy Director of the Department of Regional Development of the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry Elena Iskhakova, as well as the head of the national project "International Cooperation and Export" of the ANO "National Priorities" Irina Toporkova.
Companies from the Samara region took away the most awards at the district stage - the region received 11 prizes out of 30, which were shared among eight companies and individual entrepreneurs.
Exporters of the Samara region have received well-deserved recognition in the field of industry, agriculture and food, fashion and tourism, as well as in such nominations as “Woman Exporter of the Year in the SME category”, “New Geography” and “Marketing Breakthrough”.
“Manufacturers of the Samara region annually become finalists and winners of the “Exporter of the Year” - during the district and federal stages of the award, experts highly commend their active foreign economic activity. We are proud of our enterprises that produce high-quality and competitive products that are in demand not only within the country, but also in foreign markets,” emphasized the governor of the Samara region, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev.

In the first half of 2026 alone, the volume of exports of the Samara region increased by 22.4%. Enterprises in the region supplied goods and services to 79 countries, including Mongolia, India, Turkey, China, Kazakhstan, Belarus. The award ceremony for the winners of the regional stage in the Southern Federal District took place on September 22 in Moscow in the Cosmos pavilion at VDNKh. The organizer of the award is REC. The partners of the event were the Moscow Export Center (MEC), Geoscan Group and VEDA. The decision to award prizes was made by the Unified District Competition Commission, which included representatives of the relevant federal ministries, REC, VEB.RF, ANO "National Priorities" and business associations.
The All-Russian award "Exporter of the Year. Made in Russia", established by the government of the Russian Federation, is a sign of state recognition of the merits of exporters in strengthening the national economy and promoting competitive Russian products to foreign markets.
