ARTICLES 15 AND 16 ACCEPTED
Articles 15 and 16 were adopted:
15- Establishing commercial enterprises, companies, cooperatives, associations, foundations at home and abroad, or participating in established commercial enterprises, companies, cooperatives, associations, foundations and obtaining shares; Submitting to the approval of the General Assembly the issue of authorizing the Board of Directors until the end of its term of office to take back the shares of the companies established by the club or of which it is a partner, changing the type of companies, liquidation and similar matters,
16- Providing information about the "120th Anniversary Lottery", which is planned to be held with the permission of the General Directorate of National Lottery Administration, and submitting to the approval of the General Assembly the issue of authorizing the Board of Directors to follow up and carry out the necessary transactions until the end of its term of office,
ARTICLES 13 AND 14 ACCEPTED
Articles 13 and 14 were accepted.
13- On the real estate owned by the club or which it has the right to use; Submitting to the approval of the General Assembly the issue of authorizing the Board of Directors until the end of its term of office to carry out all kinds of transactions, including making investments and facilities, preparing and implementing plans and projects, renovations and renewals, and in this context;
a. Providing information about the project planned to be built on the real estate with a total surface area of 13,972 m2, known as Kenan Evren High School and located in Istanbul Province, Kadıköy District, Zühtüpaşa District, on island 1133, parcel 11 and 12, and the creation and furnishing of the Fenerbahçe Museum in the historical building,
b. Providing information about the project planned to be built on the real estate with a surface area of 124,217.53 m2, known as Maltepe Football Academy, registered on island 194, parcel 17, located in Istanbul province, Maltepe district, Atışokulu District,
c. Providing information about the Metin Aşık building project located in Dereağzı Lefter Küçükandonyadis Facilities,
d. Informing about the project to increase the spectator capacity at Chobani Stadium, Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex.
14- Submitting to the approval of the General Assembly the authorization of the Board of Directors until the end of its term of office to make arrangements for the use of the Fenerbahçe brand and brand elements in the contracts to be made regarding the real estate development projects that our club has made/will make with third parties,
• Providing information about the project named “COVE1907” in accordance with the contract made with Nata Holding.
ARTICLE 11 WAS ACCEPTED, AUTHORITY WAS GRANTED FOR ARTICLE 12
While the 11th article was accepted unanimously, the general assembly members authorized the chairman Aziz Yıldırım and his members for the 12th article.
11- Submitting to the approval of the General Assembly the authorization of the Board of Directors until the end of its term of office to acquire real estate from public institutions and organizations and/or third parties (lease, purchase, allocation, establishment of usufruct and easement rights) to be used in line with the purpose of the club,
12- Regarding the purchase of the 14,934 m2 portion of Samandıra Can Bartu Facilities belonging to the Treasury; Submitting to the approval of the General Assembly that the Board of Directors should take the necessary initiatives, carry out the purchasing transactions and authorize the Board of Directors until the end of its term of office for all works and transactions to be carried out within this scope,
