The two members of the minicar gang were stopped and confessed

A minicar which appears to correspond to the one used in the attacks of 4 and 5 October in Rome, including the one which seriously injured the actor Davide Iacopini, who is still hospitalized with a reserved prognosis, was seized during the night by the Carabinieri and local police. Two people have been reported, accused of being on board the vehicle as driver and passenger.

The two passengers of the minicar accused of six attacks in the capital were heard last night in the barracks by the Rome prosecutor's office. The two admitted the facts. The investigations, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Rome and carried out with the help of the 'Cyber Investigation' and 'Technical Scientific Surveys' Sections of the Carabinieri of the Investigative Unit and the RIS of Rome, made it possible to collect serious circumstantial elements regarding the fact that the identified minicar was the means with which the six attacks had been committed

Two minors - a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old - are the perpetrators of the attacks on the actor Davide Iacopini and five other people which occurred between 4 and 5 October in Rome. The two were identified by the Carabinieri and local police officers coordinated by the Rome prosecutors. The young man driving the black minicar lives in Monteverde, his friend in Testaccio. The file now comes to the attention of the Prosecutor's Office at the juvenile court.
