Gökhan Günaydın announced: NEW Party is taking the 'Funding Law' to the Constitutional Court!

NEW Party Group Deputy Chairman Gökhan Günaydın announced that they will apply to the Constitutional Court for the annulment of some provisions of the Law on Certain Investment Funds Decided to be Liquidated, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette on October 27.

Making a statement on his social media account, Günaydın stated that a petition for annulment has been prepared against the regulation and legal investigations are continuing.

"WE FINISHED THE PREPARATIONS IN THE FIRST WEEK OF THE 60-DAY PERIOD"

Günaydın used the following statements in his statement:

"As the NEW Party group, we are taking the regulation, known to the public as the Fund Law, to the Constitutional Court next week. The Law on Certain Investment Funds Decided to be Liquidated came into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated October 27. We finished the preparation of our annulment petition in the first week of the 60-day legal period."

"WE WILL DEFEND THE RIGHTS OF PBLK VICTIMS"

Making evaluations regarding the purpose of the application, Günaydın drew attention to the protection of the rights of the citizens who will benefit from the regulation and continued as follows:

"Our aim is not to hinder any of our citizens who will benefit from the regulation, even if it is inadequate, but to defend the rights of all our citizens whose rights have been violated, especially the PBLK victims, and to ensure that they receive their dues."

SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION OF THE ENFORCEMENT WILL BE REQUESTED

Stating that the cancellation petition has been examined by experts, Günaydın stated that the application will be made next week.
