Miss Bao Ngoc kept a calm mind and did not put pressure on the results at the Miss World 2026 final

Miss Bao Ngoc said she does not put too much pressure on the results but keeps a calm mind to shine at the Miss World 2026 final on the evening of September 5.

One day before the final, Bao Ngoc said she had just completed her activities and took the opportunity to rest to prepare for the final night of the competition. On the evening of September 4, she and 110 contestants participated in the stage rehearsal until 1:00 a.m.

After nearly a month at the contest, the beauty said she felt happy and relieved because she had tried her best. "I receive a lot of love from domestic audiences and international friends. After many weeks of a tight schedule, I will maintain good health to step on stage with the most comfortable mind," she said.

According to Bao Ngoc, during the finish line, she did not want to put more pressure on herself regarding her achievements. The beauty sees Miss World as an important milestone in her life, so no matter the result, the experiences gained are lessons and preparation for the future. "I will calmly accept all results," she said.

This mentality also makes Bao Ngoc not see the contestants as competitors for the crown. After many weeks of living, practicing and overcoming challenges together, she considered them friends. "I hope the girls can overcome difficulties and shine," she said.

Before the finals, she was sure to enter the top 40 after winning the title of "Top Model of Asia". Bao Ngoc also maintained his form through many other additional rounds. Looking back at his achievements, Bao Ngoc said he has no regrets. Her goal from the beginning of the competition until now has not changed - that is to do her best in each challenge. "Instead of thinking too much about rankings, I chose to focus on what I can control, and view each competition as an opportunity to recognize what I did well and what I still need to improve in the future," she said.

Miss full name Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, 25 years old, from Can Tho, graduated with honors in Business Administration, International University, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. She was the 1st runner-up at Miss World Vietnam 2022, then was crowned Miss Intercontinental the same year.

After 72 seasons, Miss World took place for the first time in Vietnam, organized by Golden Lotus Company in coordination with Miss World Organization, passing through three provinces including Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Khanh Hoa from August 8 to September 5. The final will take place at the outdoor stage, set up on Nha Trang beach in the April 2 Square campus.

Miss World, first held in 1951, is one of the two largest and oldest beauty contests in the world, besides Miss Universe. The playground celebrates the spirit of global solidarity by finding girls with beauty, education and meaningful community projects.
