Man shot after denying three people entry to nightclub

According to the police report, three young people approached the establishment and asked to enter the party taking place there, but were prevented by the regulars. Then, the trio climbed the wall to try to access the property.

The victim, who is one of the organizers of the event, asked the suspects to leave. Two of them came down from the wall, but the third remained in place, made threats and shot the man six times. The victim was hit by two shots, one in the arm and the other in the abdomen.

The man was rescued by family members and taken to the North Emergency Care Unit (UPA). Due to the severity of his injuries, he needed to be sedated and transferred to a city hospital.

The case was registered at the Flagrantes Center and will be investigated by the Homicide Police Station of the Specialized Criminal Investigations Division (Deic) of São José do Rio Preto.
