Man arrested on suspicion of stabbing three people and killing 24-year-old man in Rancharia

The Municipal Civil Guard (GCM) was called to intervene in the disturbance and found the victims receiving first aid from teams from a Rescue Unit in the middle of the public road. In addition to the young woman who died, another woman, aged 35, and a boy, aged 21, suffered punctures in the shoulder area and were taken to hospital.

The suspect was still at the address when corporation vehicles arrived to respond to the incident. He had a knife with blood marks attached to his waist and confessed to municipal agents that he had struck the three people.

According to the civil guards' report, the man had a strong ethyl odor, disjointed speech and visible signs of alcoholic intoxication at the time of his arrest. The knife used in the crime was disarmed and seized to undergo technical examination.

The man was arrested and taken to the Rancharia Civil Police Station, where the incident was registered as a completed homicide and double attempted homicide. The police will investigate the motive for the attacks.
