An unlicensed Honda driver drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a Toyota, resulting in four people being injured and hospitalized.

Protocols on administrative offenses have been drawn up against the Honda driver.

VLADIVOSTOK, September 27 - RIA Novosti. Four people were hospitalized in Artem, Primorsky Territory, where a Honda driver without a license drove into the oncoming lane and collided with another foreign car, reports the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region.

According to the police, the accident occurred in the Primorsky city of Artyom near house number 36 on Frunze Street. The driver of a Honda Orthia, born in 2005, moving from Nakhodka in the direction of Vladivostok, lost control and drove onto a lawn separating traffic flows, then flew into the oncoming lane, where he collided with a Toyota Probox.

“As a result of the accident, the drivers of both vehicles and two passengers of the Honda Orthia received injuries of varying severity. The victims were hospitalized,” the report says.

It is noted that the Honda driver drove the car without a driver’s license and did not attend a driving school.
