HTC U24 Pro 512GB version is out of stock and mobile phone business will temporarily withdraw from the second line

Well-known channels confirmed that the 512GB version of HTC U24 Pro is out of stock.

HTC has no longer regarded mobile phones as its main development force in recent years. Huang Zhaoying, senior vice president of HTC, also recently revealed that the existing U24 Pro is expected to gradually reach the end of the product cycle by the end of this year, and then the mobile phone business will temporarily retreat to the second line.

U24 Pro was launched in 2024, and there has been no follow-up model to date. Therefore, the only HTC phone still available on Taiwan channels is this U24 Pro. According to the latest statement from HTC executives, the product life of U24 Pro has almost entered the final stage.

Taiwan-wide chain Jiesheng Communications also stated that the 512GB large-capacity version of U24 Pro was completely sold out last month and was officially out of stock. Currently, only the 256GB version is still on sale. Although there are still sufficient stocks of 256GB at this stage, the subsequent supply situation of original manufacturers is difficult to predict. It is recommended that consumers who are interested in purchasing it can purchase as soon as possible.

In terms of price, according to the latest quotation from Jiesheng, the U24 Pro is currently priced at 10,990 yuan. It still has certain appeal for consumers with limited budgets and who don’t want to choose Chinese or Korean brand mobile phones.

As for HTC’s next focus, it is already quite clear. Since the launch of AI glasses VIVE Eagle in 2025, related revenue has surpassed mobile phones this year, and the future market layout will be dominated by AI glasses and XR devices. HTC also revealed that a "new AI hardware" will be launched in the fourth quarter of this year, and a new generation of AI glasses is expected to be launched in 2027, which may debut in the first half of the year.
